Hello!  We are a family owned, local Redding bakery that specializes in sourdough breads and sweets.  Our breads are served at Market Street Steakhouse, Rivers Restaurant and other quality establishments in town.  Retail stores like R&R Quality Meats, Orchard Nutrition, Sunset Market and  Holiday Market on Placer also carry our sourdough.  In addition to sourdough, we have whole wheat, rye and multi-grain bread. We also make great scones as well as incredible cinnamon rolls & sticky buns! 

Our bakery was started in 2003 by long-time Redding locals, Phil and Traci Simi, who created a flavorful, yet mild sourdough that soon became a Redding favorite. In October of 2008, we (Spencer & Wendy), along with our 5 daughters, purchased the bakery.  In the early months, Spencer, Wendy and the four oldest girls worked at the bakery.  Now, the bakery has grown to employ a number of people that we consider our extended family.  Many thanks go to our faithful customers who purchase our breads and pastries and allow us to be a part of this great Redding community.  It has been a true adventure and we look forward to see what is to come!

Please call us to make sure we  have what you want!  We are at the corner of Caterpillar Rd. and Beltline Rd.  Also, visit our booth at the Saturday Farmer's Market by the Redding City Hall, 7:30am to noon.  The Farmer's Market begins in April and ends in December.
