From The Hearth Bakery was founded in 2003 by Philip and Tracie Simi. With a love for wholesome Sourdough Bread found mainly in the bay area, and a passion for the creative energy that goes into each loaf. Philip and Tracie began researching recipes and techniques that dated back over 2000 years. The outcome of their dedication has brought to Redding a European bread with Old World style and flair.
