Hello!  We are a growing, family owned, local Redding bakery that specializes in sourdough bread and sweets.  Our sourdough is featured at Market Street Steakhouse and other quality restaurants in town.  In addition, our bread is sold at R&R Quality Meats, Orchard Nutrition and Sunset Market.  We also make great scones, incredible cinnamon rolls & sticky buns!   

A bit of history about the bakery:  It was established in 2003 by Phil and Traci Simi who established their sourdough as a Redding favorite. In October of 2008, Spencer & Wendy Tang, as well as their 5 daughters, purchased the bakery.  It has been a true family adventure and they look forward to see what is to come! 

Our regular customers particularly value our fresh sourdough bread and sweets.
